We have a routing consisting of three steps. The second step is a test machine. Every product that is produced goes through this machine.
At the moment every test has a duration of 5 minutes per product. However, 20% of the products does not pass the test and have to go through the test again (let's assume that this time all the products pass).
Assume that we have to produce 100 products, then we need 500 minutes according to SAP. However, this should be 100*5 min+0,2*100*5min=600 Min.
We have a programm that automatic updates the process time to SAP of the tests. So, we do not want to adjust the time but we would like to incorporate the 20% that have to be retested. How can this be done in SAP?
