Dear Friends
We have a Finished goods item with two operations being processed at two different work centers. The routing timings shown are as below ie the second operation will commence only after the end of the 1st operation for the entire quantity in the Planned/ Production Order. The two operations take place one after the other, but with zero delay between one operation and the next ie more like an assembly line operation. Please help me resolve this issue.
As can be seen in the screen shot above the operation 20 commences only after operation 10 is finished for the entire planned order quantity. We would like both operations to run concurrently so the that the finish time is not on 09:02:2016 but much earlier based on the routing times.
